Hi guys! So another fun fact about me is that I am a HUGE fan of Starbucks. However, before I started my weight loss journey my usual order was a tall Java Chip Frappuccino. Did y'all know that thing contains 51 grams of carbs and 47 grams of sugar? Not to mention the 340 calories. Fast forward to the beginning stages of my weight loss. My new order was a venti Pink Drink. Okay, here's a helpful hint, just because it has coconut milk does not mean it's better for you. 35 grams of sugar, 39 grams of carbs, and 200 calories. Yes, it's better than the Java Chip but not by much.
So maybe now you're becoming self-conscious about your Starbucks orders. Well, have no fear because I was in a spot where I didn't even know what to order any more. Yes, I could have ordered noting and completely cut Starbucks out of my life but let's are honest, we all know that wasn't going to happen. Then one day I discovered a healthy Starbucks miracle who goes by the name of @themarcobarista. If you do not already follow him on Instagram than I highly recommend that you do. This may sound dramatic but I swear he saved my life. He was a barista at Starbucks who would make the make the healthier version of almost every single drink. Again, I highly recommend you follow him.
So here are my top 3 favorite healthy Starbucks orders and how you can order them for yourself:
1) My all time favorite to go drink at Starbucks right now is a hot or iced Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk (because this girl can't handle dairy). This amazing drink tastes like Christmas which is in my opinion, the best! This drink only contains 60 calories, 2 grams of sugar and 7 grams of carbs. When ordering ask for a grande Chai Tea with whatever milk you want (almond milk is the best in my opinion) Ask for only 1 pump of chai and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. Lastly, ask for extra cinnamon powder. Trust me, you won't regret it.
2) My next favorite drink brings back the Pink Drink memories. The picture is a tall but the nutrients will be for a venti. This healthy version of the pink drink is only 35 calories vs 200 calories. It also has only 6 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar. Talk about a win win. When ordering ask for a venti UNSWEETENED iced passion tango tea with LIGHT coconut milk. If you want to you can add only 1 scoop of strawberries.
3) Some people may think this drink is "Basic AF" but it's another one of my favorites. It's a basic iced coffee with a twist. It is also very easy on the nutrition. Only 5 calories as is. Now I always add a splash of almond milk which can add a few calories. If you like your coffee sweet you can also add a few pumps of sugar free syrup for no extra calories.

I love this feature because if you're anything like me, I feel bad when I order something complicated in person. Well with the handy dandy app, not only can you order something complicated but you can also pay for it and pick it up in stores or through the drive through.
